Classically a sheep cheese company, we now have our factory on farm and are making everything ourselves. Because of this, we are excited to be able to offer cow milk products as well!
The ewes are given a decent break between seasons, so to keep our factory producing, and to offer new products to our loyal chefs and customers, we have our new Cow Cheese Range. Our cow milk comes from one, very well-loved herd on our friend's beautiful farm in Takapau, Hawke's Bay, about 50 minutes from our farm and factory.
Already making statements, our cow milk Halloumi won the Champion New Cheese Trophy at the NZ Cheese Awards 2026 much to our absolute delight. It is lusciously creamy with a salty kick. Perfect to fry up, with a bit of softness to it – soooo good and a real favourite in our house!
