This batch of Camembert is now living up to being an Artisan cheese, it's gained more age and with it even more of those traditional Camembert flavours that we so rarely get to enjoy over here in New Zealand. The white mould has started to die off and the flavours have continued to deepen, but it's still a rich, creamy, gooey delight. 
Due to it's scary appearance for retail customers,  we're now able to offer it at a 40% discount for cheese connoisseurs to enjoy!
