An exciting evening at the 2026 Champions of Cheese Awards! 

Our Pecorino won Champion Boutique Cheese & Champion European Cheese, with our new Cow's Milk Halloumi awarded the Trophy for Best New Cheese!

We are incredibly proud of what has already been a fantastic year for our small team.

the sheep milk difference

Sheep milk is naturally homogenised, therefore it is lovely and creamy with a velvet-like texture. Almost twice the calcium, and much higher in protein and amino acids than cow milk, sheep milk is an A2 milk and suitable for people who have lactose sensitivity.
